Fab 5 Friday

1. ‘K’onk on the Head

Charlotte had her first real accident with blood and all tonight :(  She was getting tired and when she gets tired, she gets a little wonky on her legs.  She took a header into the entertainment center – (there is even a little chunk out of the base of the cabinet.)  I looked at her poor forehead and there was a cut about an inch wide and not very deep, but deep enough that the blood was coming.... read more

‘I’ Hurt My Eye :(

So after our “shopping spree” Friday and Saturday morning, Jeff headed out to Home Depot to get all the items needed for our landscaping project!  Now, Jeff and I are not big outdoorsie work people, so we had to buy the basics even like rack, shovel, gloves, weed eater, and mulch.  Our big to-do was just to clear out all the flowerbeds of weeds and grass, and then lay down new mulch.  I... read more

‘G’oing to Dallas!

‘F’ootball!

I *heart* my DVR!  For those of you that don’t know, a DVR is a Digital Video Recorder that is coupled with our satellite receiver.  Our DVR allows us to record 2 things at once as well as to pause, rewind, and fast forward live TV.  In some respects we probably watch too much TV, our DVR is working every night recording 1 or 2 shows in the evening each hour between 7-10.  But I look at it like... read more
